Are you connected to the power of your blood? Do you feel your womb's deep, rhythmic pulse, guiding you? Do you worship your period & live in alignment with your cycle? OR Do you writhe in pain every month, wishing you period gone? Do you resent the flow of blood down your legs? Do you feel disconnected & live in hatred every time you menstruate…?

Since we have been little girls, we have received the message that our blood is "dirty, shameful and taboo".  Whether we received this conditioning from parents, teachers, friends or family, or simply absorbed it from the societal culture around us, ALL WOMEN hold some form of shame or rejection, either conscious or subconscious, towards their menstrual cycle.  We simply were never provided the correct education, tools, and frameworks from which to learn and understand our bodies…
